Today, well yesterday (Thursday) was Hannah and my last day at CIAA. While I am a bit sad that her kindergarten year has gotten off to a bit of a strange start, I am relieved to be out of CIAA and all the stress and non-sense that place holds. I have shed tears because I do have many friends there and I will miss them so much! This new endeavor is what I have wanted for about two years now, so I have to swallow my fear and go in head first.
Hannah got to see her new classroom tonight. She is basically on the same hall as I am, so that will be nice. Her classroom is really neat. The teacher has a tree house set up in there. I have NEVER seen anything like it. Whoa baby, that is crazy! Hannah will love it.
This must be what it feels like to move away when you are a kid. To leave everything you've ever known. It is just weird. I am excited and nervous, Hannah is too, but I know she will do beautifully. So, here's to new beginning!
